About the Role
Grocery & Retail is a fast-growing startup within Uber that enables consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app or UberEats.com. As a Senior Strategic Operations Manager focused on Product Enablement, you will be directly responsible for scoping the business impact of product requests, collaborating with Product on builds, testing and bug bashing, and owning the product rollout for our US & Canada merchants. You will work cross-functionally with other teams (i.e. Product, Product Ops, Eng, Legal, Support, Sales, Partner Management) to lead high-impact product enablement work that can scale these brands to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

- Product Scoping: Responsible for product scoping and strategic planning to onboard and expand enterprise brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth.
- Product Testing: Lead product testing to ensure functionality, usability, and quality, providing actionable feedback to drive improvements and meet enterprise client expectations.
- Product Launch & Expansion: Oversee product launches and scaling strategies, ensuring seamless execution and optimization to support enterprise growth and market expansion.
- Experimentation: Analyze and experiment to find growth opportunities for the GR business.
- Stakeholder management: Orchestrate and bring together the work of a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Finance, Partner Management, Support, Policy, Communications, and Legal while driving accountability to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle the big picture and the tiny details: Stay organized and on top of deadlines to provide best-in-class service to our largest partners while keeping an eye on the big picture and finding new ways to add to existing partnerships.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in a related field (analytics, tech, operations)
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech industry experience
- Experience working with Product teams
- Previous client-facing experience
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience with managing complex data sets and tracking/hitting multiple OKRs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience problem-solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues
- Excel/Google Sheets, SQL
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$124,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
