About the Role

The Consumer Operations team at Uber Canada launches and scales new mobility products, advances key growth bets, and optimizes the journeys of both riders and earners. We are passionate about delivering a world-class experience to customers and contributing to the top-and bottom-line growth of Uber.

This role will focus on growing adoption and engagement of our Uber One membership program for the Mobility business. You will be responsible for managing key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery of key programs. You are both highly operational and entrepreneurial, with a strong eye for business, a hands-on approach, and motivated by building the future of mobility.

We're looking for someone with the curiosity to dive deep on critical business issues, and the foresight to understand how our decisions today will impact our business tomorrow. This role will work closely with cross-functional counterparts (i.e. Central Ops, Marketing, Product, Legal and other counterparts) to launch and scale key initiatives across Canada. You will have an immediate impact on the ground, and on the future of one of Uber's most important Ridesharing markets!

What You Will Do

  • Grow Uber One: Support the structural growth of Uber One in Canada. You'll develop a deep understanding of our customer needs in order to develop strategies and deploy tactics that help to acquire, convert, and retain users. This includes key initiatives across pricing, promotions, product configurations, core benefit offerings and the in-app experience. You will also work across all Uber One related partnerships, ensuring strategic fit and flawless execution.
  • Manage programs/projects: Translate strategic priorities into concrete projects & work closely with teams across the market to deliver on execution at its highest potential.
  • Reporting & Recommendations: This role will require you to deliver strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions, while reporting on performance across the Uber One program from lifecycle and engagement to a regional view. You will need a strategic mind with strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills and strong stakeholder management skills to influence and coordinate across a variety of teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in roles which included project delivery, process optimization and implementation, stakeholder management, and data analysis
  • Outstanding teamwork, communication and organizational skills; experience managing & influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Data-driven problem solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into meaningful insights that advise decisions
  • Ability to thrive with ambiguity; high capacity to learn; willingness to experiment and iterate

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL skills with experience pulling and analyzing data
  • French proficiency

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$114,000 per year - CAD$127,000 per year.
