About the Role
We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our Developer Platform Team. You will play a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of the Developer Platform, which provides developers across the organization with tools, frameworks, and environments to build reliable and scalable applications efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and deliver top-tier software solutions.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Develop and maintain foundational frameworks & libraries.
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated, scalable software frameworks within Developer Platform.
- Collaborate and communicate with a globally distributed team to help discover gaps in our frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure and help drive solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Go or Python
- Previous experience with with CI
- Previous experience with Docker and Terraform
Preferred Qualifications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Diagnose and fix bugs, improving stability and performance of tools and services.
- Experience with software development best practices and design patterns
