---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Identity and Access Governance Platform Team. The team is responsible for building advanced analytics to ensure all access is monitored, governed, and compliant to manage security risk while enabling business agility. You'll work on distributed multi-cloud services, advance our foundational data security capabilities by building easily portable systems to reduce security and regulatory risk and develop systems to enforce least privilege principle.

---- Basic Qualifications ----
- An engineering-focused degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant products and platforms
- Experience in software development using any of Go/Java/C++
- Experience in API design, and familiarity with REST and gRPC
- Distributed Messaging / Kafka
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale service with excellent quality
- Familiarity in any of Security, Privacy, Cryptography, Authentication, Authorization, Risk
- Experience with Data Security, Cloud IAM
- Experience in software development using any of Go/Java/C++
- You are a fast and passionate learner and are always ready to ask thoughtful questions to ensure you are solving the right problems.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with other engineers and non-tech stakeholders, both to meet short-term goals and to create long-term partnerships
