About the Role:
In this role, you will drive business growth by managing our Enterprise Grocery & Retail partnerships in Japan, expanding our mutual business in scalable and mutually beneficial ways. A successful Partner Success Manager deeply understands our merchant partners, builds strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within their organizations, and effectively identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to improve business metrics for both our merchants and Uber Eats. You will manage approximately 10 accounts, working closely with our merchant partners to design a winning strategy and define the go-to-market plan, while actively maximizing the growth of our clients' quick commerce business with Uber Eats.

What You'll Do:
Driving partners' delivery business by;
- Building strong relationships with mid-sized enterprise partners.
- Understanding merchants' business strategies and integrating them into the quick commerce business.
- Developing and executing joint business plans in quarterly-bases with clients to achieve set goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate partner feedback and ensure a seamless Uber Eats experience for all parties involved.
What You'll Need:
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong data-oriented approach and strategy-building skills.
- Experience in/with the retail industry, preferably in grocery, pharmacy, and convenience sectors.
- Action-driven and self-starter mindset.
