About the Role
The Mobility Operations team is dedicated to realizing Uber's vision in Japan. We lead strategic initiatives to foster growth among riders and drivers. We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations/Enablement Lead to join our Sales team. In this role, you will focus on building a scalable Sales/Acquisition Plan for Japan and for each city in which we operate. This includes creating an effective flow for taxi fleet and driver outreach, connecting leads to the Sales team, supporting the Sales team with sales pitch materials, and enabling them to meet acquisition targets. Your contributions will directly impact our platform's attractiveness to users by bolstering vehicle supply.

- Build strategies to enable sales and account managers to enhance fleet and driver acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Train sales and account managers on the sales pitch, incorporating best practices gathered from both the domestic and international markets.
- Drive a scalable Sales Plan for Japan's acquisition strategy.
- Continuously set and achieve sales targets.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- A minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience within traditional Japanese industries.
- Strong skills and experience in sales planning, sales process optimization, data analysis, strategy execution, problem-solving, and project management.
- A proven track record of devising breakthrough sales strategies and consistently surpassing sales targets.
- Proficiency in operational excellence, account management, and partnership building.
- A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in both Japanese and English.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, supported by fluency in Japanese and business-level English.

- Experience in sales support and enablement.
- A history of scaling businesses tenfold within the tech industry.
