About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, building, and scaling strategic third-party partnerships to drive user acquisition and overall growth for Uber Eats. This role is ideal for a driven and innovative product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, product development, and partnership management. You will be responsible for identifying and executing on partnership opportunities, managing third-party external relationships, and working cross-functionally to design and build scalable integrations that unlock growth for Uber Eats.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with third-party companies that can drive incremental user acquisition and brand visibility for Uber Eats.
  • Roadmap Management: Collaborate with key partners to build and maintain a product roadmap focused on maximizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Integration & Execution: Lead the integration of third-party solutions into Uber Eats, ensuring seamless and scalable technical implementation across internal and partner teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure the success of partnership initiatives, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • User Acquisition Growth: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies through partnerships, leveraging data and insights to drive key growth metrics.
  • Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison for strategic partners, managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with Uber Eats' business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data to evaluate the success of partnership-driven initiatives, iterating on product strategies and roadmap based on insights.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for new partnerships and product enhancements.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on partnerships or user acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships that drive user acquisition and growth
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills, with experience interfacing with external stakeholders and partners
  • Technical fluency, with a solid understanding of scalable integration architectures and APIs
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineers, marketers, and external partners
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the food delivery or on-demand services industry
  • A track record of successful user acquisition strategies through third-party partnerships
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth, tech-driven environment

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$174,000 per year - USD$193,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$174,000 per year - USD$193,500 per year.
