About the Role
Offers on UberEats helps makes the platform more affordable for consumers and is a core growth driver for the overall business. The 'Merchant Offers' team in India is responsible for helping our merchants on UberEats grow their business through Offers. We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead growth of merchant offers globally.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for the end-to-end merchant experience around campaign management & reporting for offers, and will champion the goals around offers adoption, monthly retention, offer quality and return on offer spend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the supply-side of similar marketplaces, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Define the overall strategy, goals and roadmap to drive growth of Merchant Offers on UberEats, globally.
- Partner with UX research, design, data science, engineering & product operations teams to deeply understand customer needs and build win-win products that work for both consumers and merchants.
- Collaborate with operations, product marketing, global account management teams to define the GTM strategy and drive execution. Monitor product performance, learn & iterate.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal & external partners and leadership teams.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale.
- 3+ years of experience building user-centric products with a scale of 1+ million active users, that involved extensive customer research and deep collaboration with design & operations teams.
- Demonstrated experience of independently defining objectives & key results (OKRs), building 6-12 month roadmaps and driving execution for a product charter of moderate ambiguity.
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Promotions domain, or eCommerce / Food / Grocery delivery, or building products for small & medium businesses
- Prior experience working closely with sales & GTM teams and taking ownership of business metrics
- Prior experience working with global teams and/or solving for a global customer base
- Demonstrated experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced environment like Uber
