About the Role

This role will drive the B2B marketing strategy with the ultimate goal of increasing volume and quality of leads to support our 2X selection strategy by 2027.

This will include reviewing and improving all stages of the funnel performance, aswell as working with XFN stakeholders to ensure that our performance and brand materials position UberEats as a key partner for all merchants in Japan to work with.

---- What You'll Do ----

  • Be part of a brand new team at UberEats Japan!
  • Working with your lead to build an overall B2B marketing, comms and awareness strategy to primarily increase leads in the small business segment
  • Working with our sales team to review our end to end merchant acquisition funnel, implementing improvement tactics and strategies with a goal of improving all stages of the process
  • Creation of a clear Value proposition for our teams to take to market for all segments of our business
  • Ensuring a clear communication strategy exists to guide our merchants from initial consideration stage all the way through to scaling their business on UberEats
  • Review our investment strategy with XFN partners with the ultimate goal of improving our spend performance
  • Put together a series of events across Japan to drive awareness, consideration and understanding of the UberEats platform for merchants with a goal of securing more leads for our platform
  • Own or contribute to several projects across the business

---- What You'll Need ----

  • Native Japanese, Fluent English language skill
  • 7+ Years of experience in B2B marketing experience- both brand and performance, experience in Restaurant industry is desirable
  • Clear history of building and executing strategies to drive improvement across B2B touchpoints
  • A #gogetit and #oneuber mindset - This role is part of a new team so you will be expected to be a part of culture, strategy and team norm setting

  • Working in a marketplace organisation, specifically tasked with lead generation marketing and brand/perf marketing R&R
