About the Role
We're looking for an outstanding individual with strong analytical and operational skills to help grow our business in Sweden. As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing data-driven insights, creating strategies, and scaling the most impactful business initiatives to ensure our customers and partners have the best experience possible when using our platform. In this role, you can work on many projects such as improving our reliability and timeliness, optimizing our consumer and courier pricing strategies, or even developing our next-generation processes to identify new fraud patterns. You will work closely with our local Leadership Team, as well as cross-functional teams including Central Ops, Strategy & Planning, Finance, Product, and Customer Support.

What you'll do
- Identify, scope, and lead multiple projects to improve delivery reliability and timeliness; take accountability for project outcomes, ensure delivery on project critical metrics, & keep others informed of progress
- Leadership: Drive cross-functional teams towards short and long-term market goals, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there
- Analyze sophisticated data, build models, and aggregate insights to drive key business decisions and policies
- Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to track business performance; report findings to senior leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making
- Lead projects end-to-end by collaborating and working cross-functionally with other operations teams as well as Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc. to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in a related field (operations, management consulting, analytics, finance, or similar), preferably experience from the technology industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from top university, Master's Degree preferred
- Data-driven decision making mentality and sound commercial judgment through analytical thinking to assess project performance and financial viability. Advanced excel modeling skills necessary
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot promptly from long-term thinking to immediate action and tactical response
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Management experience from leading and developing a team
- Strong SQL knowledge
