About the Role
In this role, you will join the Uber Eats Regional Operations team, with a focus on Marketplace Health. You will drive operational excellence by improving processes, reducing fraud, and optimizing cash operations across the EMEA region. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and local teams to ensure the best delivery experience across all Uber Eats business lines.

What You Will Do
- Build and launch processes: Develop and scale initiatives to improve platform reliability and minimize fraud.
- Analytics & data-driven decision making: Leverage data to measure performance, create dashboards, and identify improvement areas.
- Project management and execution: Conduct root-cause analysis and implement targeted improvement plans.
- Automation: Collaborate with automation specialists to enhance process reliability across the marketplace.
- Stakeholder management: Liaise with EMEA Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to deploy product features and ensure seamless operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, ensuring solutions align with both local and cross-functional objectives.
What You Will Need
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or investment banking with a strong analytical background.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/GSheets; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to design and implement structured solutions.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience in global, cross-functional environments.
- Proven project management skills with experience setting up and managing processes from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with marketplace platform dynamics and operations.
