About the Role
We are looking to hire a Senior Marketplace Manager to drive growth charter for 2 wheeler segment of Uber in India and South Asia. The scope of this role involves a) Managing & growing 2W category in key markets b) Building deep understanding of users and drivers to influence product thinking c) Independently driving key growth related projects for the category while working with multiple cross functional stakeholders.
What the Candidate Will Do
- End to end marketplace management and growth for key 2-wheeler markets and independently drive key growth related projects for the category.
- Partner with cross functional teams to drive category's agenda alongwith an always on consumer insighting to influence product led growth.
- Critically analyze existing data and develop frameworks to continuously improve existing processes on pricing, incentive and marketplace management.
- Partner with product team to a) Launch and scale new product features b) Identity and deploy best practices from other regions.

What the Candidate Will Need
- 4+ years of work experience in category management/ growth related role with exceptional Analytical, problem solving, Excel and data management skills.
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key take aways and actionable insights.
- Critical Thinking to assess and unlock new growth opportunities, understand competition/ market trends.
- High tolerance for ambiguitywith a natural reflex for reducing a complex business problem into well-structured tangible components.
