In the Community Operations organization at Uber, The Knowledge Team Lead II will employ data analytics to guide team management, passionately advocate for our community, and managing partner relationships to ensure expectations are set and met effectively. You will be a driven, results-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage time and change effectively, ensuring your team delivers the highest quality support efficiently.

- People Management: Lead, motivate, and develop Knowledge Team Leads within a time-sensitive and demanding environment to deliver on
- Operations Management: Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing or develop new processes
- Knowledge Management Health: Review existing content to ensure that the quality of standards are up to date, and identify new pieces of content that are needed to support the end users' needs
- Program/project management: Be a multi-tasker, supporting projects across the LOB and you'll be the go to person for many key initiatives
- Stakeholder management: Engage strategically with stakeholders to influence business goals and priorities and to improve internal tools and the overall user experience

---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support/operations management/general management
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- 2-3 years of experience in leading a small team (5-10 team members)
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel / data management, proficient in desktop publishing software, familiar with JQL and SQL is a huge plus
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$31.50 per hour.
