About the Role
The Sales Managerposition is a unique opportunity to define and drive Uber Eats' sales strategy in Spain, one of our largest investment markets globally. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 5 Field Sales Representatives, driving merchant acquisition and growth, and optimizing sales processes. Your mission is to sign the best restaurant selection, improve operational efficiency, and help Uber Eats expand its footprint.
This role is ideal for a sales leader with strong business acumen, a passion for food, and a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- Lead, train, and coach a team of Field Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing team that takes ownership and accountability.
- Support your team in large negotiations, providing hands-on guidance when needed.
- Assess performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure a strong culture of motivation.
- Incubate and ramp up new hires to ensure commercial productivity and business knowledge.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement a winning sales strategy that aligns with Uber Eats' goals, focusing on restaurant densification, local favorites, and new categories.
- Own restaurant selection, ensuring that Uber Eats offers the best options for consumers.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve performance metrics using Salesforce CRM and industry insights.
- Work cross-functionally with central teams to push key workstreams and ensure fast execution at scale.
- Design scalable sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
Customer-Centric Growth
- Ensure your team effectively communicates Uber Eats' value proposition and latest products to restaurant partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top restaurant partners, supporting them in achieving their business goals.
- Identify market opportunities and troubleshoot challenges, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, optimizing internal processes for efficiency.
What You'll Need
- 4-5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in B2B sales, technology, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coaching high-performing teams.
- Commercial proficiency: Having a great sense for spotting business opportunities and being able to transform these opportunities into actual results
- Analytical mindset: you are comfortable working with numbers to drive insights and are excellent at making data-driven decisions. You can make sound business decisions independently
- A competitive edge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
