Whether it's a sandwich, a burrito, or groceries, the Uber Eats team builds technology to connect people with what they want, when and where they want it. Our Sales and Sales Operations teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.
The Sales Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to help grow Uber Eats. In this role you will lead our Sales Representatives in a specific territory with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. You'll work closely with your sales team, focusing on people management, building best-in-class sales operations and partnering with Senior Leadership in setting sales strategy and achieving sales goals. You will support processes that scale and innovate Uber Eats sales from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Lead and cultivate a team of Sales Representatives supporting our key markets
- Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance and quota attainment of individuals on your teams
- Mentor and enable your team by observing sales behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration among your Sales Representatives and cross-functional partners (Sales Operations, Account Manager, Marketing)
- Validate that your Sales Representatives have pipeline to meet business targets
- Be a thought partner to the Territory Leadership Team for strategic growth of the business, and restaurant partnerships
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and City Operations to analyze results and see opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience (high volume, lead generation, outbound prospecting), or 3+ years with relevant Uber experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading sales teams OR Equivalent internal uber experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring, motivating and developing Sales Representatives
- Experience using data to identify sales opportunities and improving team performance
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partner management
- Experience project leading and being the point of contact to business
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$124,000 per year.
