About the Role
Uber Eats Taiwan SMB Sales Team is a fast-paced, ambitious, and go-getter team. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who embraces changes and growth and is passionate about market penetration through continuously optimizing the sales circle and leading a team.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Plan and execute market penetration strategies by leading a sales team to source prospects, generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
- Lead, supervise, and coach sales team members to support their career growth and professional development.
- Act as an advocate for both the sales team and the regional team to ensure alignment and collaboration.

- Proven experience in sales cycle planning to manage pipelines and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs/OKRs.
- Ability to train, coach, supervise, and manage a team of 9-10 sales representatives to effectively execute sales strategies and meet targets.
- Demonstrated leadership in supporting and executing market penetration plans alongside peers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and report generation.
- Strong presentation skills and experience using G Suite tools.
- Pipeline Management: Skilled in managing a sales pipeline to monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Teamwork: Proven experience leading a team of 9-10 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture across multiple regional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is a strong plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience in EC (E-commerce) or OFD (On-demand Food Delivery) industries is a plus.
