About the role

Our Fraud Managed Services team is dedicated to the prevention of fraudulent and illicit behavior. We ensure this by implementing investigations and manual reviews of accounts, orders, trips and identities.

We are currently looking for candidates with an analytical mentality, who love to dig into details and are ready to go above and beyond to prevent fraudulent activities and mitigate financial losses to join our Fraud Managed Service team.

Working model: Hybrid - minimum 50% of the time montly is work from the office

Shifts: Monday - Sunday, no night shifts

What you will do

-Conduct manual case by case reviews on earners accounts in order to surface illegitimate and high-risk activities (90% of workload)

-Work with high-impact and brand safety-related issues in a responsible way by tailoring your approach to different scenarios

-Summarize findings from your investigations into trends and recommendations when required

-Work cross-functionally within the Krakow office, with regional coordinators in EMEA

What you will need

-Utmost attention to detail and willingness to dig into the rabbit hole to understand the situation when standard methods and procedures do not produce results

-Proficiency in written and spoken English

-Very good written communication skills

-Experience in fraud/compliance investigation is a big plus but not required
