About the Team

Our Fraud Managed services team is dedicated to the prevention of fraudulent and illicit behavior. We ensure this by executing Investigations and Manual Reviews of accounts, orders and identities. Additionally, our team owns and manages the back-end logic of various fraud prevention processes across EMEA, ensuring effective risk mitigation while minimizing false positives.

About the Role

We are currently looking for candidates with an analytical mindset and strong project management and problem solving skills, who likes to dig into details and is ready to go the extra mile in order to prevent fraudulent activities and mitigate financial losses to join our FMS - REC team (Restro/Eater/Cash)

What you'll do

1. Help improve accuracy and efficacy of fraud logics and communicate them with local stakeholders in an effective manner.

2. Create, maintain and adapt new and existing fraud prevention rules.

3. Drive improvement of REC Fraud team processes.

4. Resolve ad-hoc Sherlock queue issues related to data or flow outages/lags.

5. Proactive engagement on new fraud types, conducting in-depth investigations and proposing solutions.

6. Provide relevant input to Merchant, Spenders, Cash and U4B fraud-related processes for continuous improvement.

7. Monitor rules hits and adapt them to increase accuracy and achieve optimal balance between financial protection and customer experience.

8. Resolution of ad-hoc process outages.

9. Creating and maintaining internal documentation.

10. Analyze incoming trend notifications from GLH, BPO, and COE network as well as sub regional teams to escalate the key trends and create new fraud actioning rules.

11. Provide ad-hoc checks for key stakeholders (Risk, Regional Ops, Regional CommOps).

What you'll need

1. Experience in risk, compliance or fraud process (minimum 2 years).

2. Ability to structure documentation and complex processes into SOPs and other relevant formats.

3. Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills: Present data findings and handle stakeholders from various backgrounds.

4. Strong SQL, GSheets and data analysis skills are required.

5. Ability to break down problems and find creative solutions.

6. Basic Project Management skills are needed.

7. Experience with Flow automation is a plus.

8. Experience with MasterMind is a plus.
