About the team
The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. In our Community Operations organization, the Service Quality, Risk, and Compliance team helps to monitor and check the quality for email and phone support, with the goal of improving the customer experience delivered by agents across Uber's global support network.
What You'll Do
- Perform investigations and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders using guidelines
- Complete data and Root cause Analysis and provide corrective and preventive action items
- May present findings to stakeholders
- Identify and share trends, insights, defects & areas of improvement to share w/stakeholders
- Participate in discussions to share best practices with partners, agents, and stakeholders
- Provide subject matter knowledge to teammates
- Follow procedures and process paths to complete key tasks

What You'll Need
- Fluent in English Language
- At least 6 months of experience in one of the following: service quality assurance, compliance, banking, insurance, fraud, consulting or regulated area (mandatory)
- Experience with Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and follow-through on tasks
- Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve support practices
- Data analytics, SQL, and web query skills
- Experience presenting information and facilitating meetings
