The North Asia team is dedicated to fueling this momentum and expanding Uber's reach in this dynamic region.
We are seeking an experienced operations manager to grow Uber's consumer base by scaling third-party (3P) mobility partnerships and other strategic projects across North Asia. This role emphasizes scaling and launching 3P integrations and driving high-quality operations to expand Uber's reach. By leveraging these partnerships, you will enhance Uber's mobility offerings, cater to international riders (who might not have access to Uber in their home country), and create value for both riders and partners.

You will lead the end-to-end scaling of 3P integrations, ensuring timely execution, operational alignment with market needs, and continuous improvement for greater impact. These partnerships will enhance the rider experience by providing smooth cross-platform connectivity and tailored solutions designed to attract foreign tourists.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong operational skillset, a growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. By scaling integrations and growing new rider segments, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of mobility in North Asia and beyond.
Your Impact in Role
- Lead 3P Integration Strategy: Develop, execute, and scale 3P integrations across North Asia and globally. Refine and optimize operating models to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Manage end-to-end Ops (readiness, execution, launch, scale): Oversee rollouts, ensure smooth/ timely launches, and scale these. Pilot, iterate, and optimize to meet market needs; drive Ops excellence. Grow reach and focus on international riders via tailored solutions, seamless x-platform connectivity; innovate and unlock value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Ops, Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Central Ops to align strategies and drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with 3P mobility partners, ensuring successful and value-driven integrations.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: Use analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, refine strategies.
The Experience You'll Bring
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Operations, etc.)
- Experience in stakeholder management, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Google Sheets), and other analytical tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity or experience with 3rd-party integrations and partnerships preferred
- Knowledge of North Asia's market dynamics and taxi industry trends preferred
