About the Role

We are on a mission to build the largest employee transportation business in India and globally. We are looking for candidates who can lead this cause from the front, and create ground-breaking impact for us and for our clients. The candidate is expected to manage day-to-day operations, while also creating strategy for growth for the next 3-5 years.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Strategy: Work closely with the Ops Leadership, Product teams and Functional Partners (CommOps, Finance, Central Ops) to align and iterate on overall strategy and priority initiatives
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with our B2B customers and help them grow with Uber. Build and drive engagement through various channels
  • Service Delivery: Make sure customer SLAs are being met through active collaboration with the fleet partners and on-ground team
  • Team Management: Manage large team by clearly defining OKRs, and fostering collaborative culture in the team

Basic Qualifications

  • 4 years of proven experience in the mobility/logistics industry, primarily managing fleets, employee shift transportation
  • Strong business and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills
  • Build and maintain financial and operational models, business reporting, OKRs, projections, and key business metrics
  • Must be comfortable with using internal and external technology platforms
  • Able to clearly communicate and manage leadership stakeholders internally and externally
  • Should be able to manage large fleets and hold strong relationship with large fleets in the industry, understands fleet operations and model of business
  • Experience in managing large teams, their performance and growth
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Workspace with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL/Query builder
  • Background in leading employee shift-level transportation for 5000+ employees at a daily level
  • Understands all nuances of running employee shift-level transportation for large corporates
