About the Role!

We are seeking a dynamic and driven RPA Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead and drive automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Project Management, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems, a bias for action, and the ability to take full ownership of initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery and impactful automation outcomes.

What the Candidate Will Do:

RPA Business Analysis:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, understand business processes, and define functional and technical requirements.
  2. Conduct feasibility analysis to assess potential for automation and suggest appropriate RPA solutions.
  3. Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and functional requirements to support development teams.
  4. Work closely with RPA developers and solution architects to ensure successful implementation of automated processes.

Project Management:
  1. Lead end-to-end project delivery for automation initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  2. Create and maintain project plans, manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources effectively.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of automation projects.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:
  1. Engage with senior stakeholders across various departments to understand their business needs, provide solutions, and manage expectations.
  2. Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks in a clear and concise manner, providing recommendations for resolution.
  3. Act as the key point of contact for RPA projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

Problem Solving & Ownership:
  1. Take full ownership of automation initiatives, driving outcomes with a "bias for action" approach.
  2. Leverage problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Documentation & Reporting:
  1. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  2. Develop metrics and KPIs to track and measure project success and automation effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience:
  1. 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, with at least 2+ years focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing RPA projects from concept to deployment.

Technical Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
  2. Experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).

Project Management Skills:
  1. Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:
  1. Bias for Action: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results proactively.
  2. Ownership: Proven capacity to take full responsibility for tasks, driving them to completion independently.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them to diverse audiences.
  5. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and devise effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Certifications in RPA (e.g., Power automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  2. Experience in process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  3. Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or other emerging technologies in automation.
