About the Role!
We are seeking a dynamic and driven RPA Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead and drive automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Project Management, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems, a bias for action, and the ability to take full ownership of initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery and impactful automation outcomes.
What the Candidate Will Do:
RPA Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, understand business processes, and define functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct feasibility analysis to assess potential for automation and suggest appropriate RPA solutions.
- Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and functional requirements to support development teams.
- Work closely with RPA developers and solution architects to ensure successful implementation of automated processes.

Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for automation initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Create and maintain project plans, manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of automation projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with senior stakeholders across various departments to understand their business needs, provide solutions, and manage expectations.
- Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks in a clear and concise manner, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Act as the key point of contact for RPA projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
Problem Solving & Ownership:
- Take full ownership of automation initiatives, driving outcomes with a "bias for action" approach.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to track and measure project success and automation effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, with at least 2+ years focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Proven track record of successfully managing RPA projects from concept to deployment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
Project Management Skills:
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills:
- Bias for Action: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results proactively.
- Ownership: Proven capacity to take full responsibility for tasks, driving them to completion independently.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and devise effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in RPA (e.g., Power automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or other emerging technologies in automation.
