About the Role
As a Program Manager, Tech you will be responsible for building & implementing products,scaling and optimizing processes, support different products and teams. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, product, TPM and operations teams. You are required to wear multiple hats and be a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Operations manager
This role requires operational excellence, Technology fluency, and experience with managing global processes, leveraging vendor partners or third-party contractors/consultants.

What you'll do
- Define and build best in class products to support our knowledge work marketplace
- Partner with engg and product teams align on the product strategy, priorities, technical design and execution
- Facilitate and drive high-impact initiatives to improve process quality and the customer experience
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for scoping and prioritizing project activities based on the business impact and team OKRs
- Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases, and track project budget and financial metrics
- Focus on long term improvements by building, maintaining, and documenting best practices within the team and seek continuous improvement opportunities
- Establish best practices across similar work streams such that they are reusable.

---- Basic Qualifications ----
What you'll need
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, business or another technical field, MBA (preferred)
- Able to adapt to ambiguous & fast-changing environments and business needs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional global projects, stakeholders and actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Demonstrated success in using data to make customer and product-focused decisions
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action
- Experience with process design and optimization, program management, customer support strategies, and quality assurance
- Willing to explore and learn new technologies, hybrid processes
