In the role of Program Manager Tech with Engineering Services, you will be responsible for delivering high quality Engineering work within the timelines and resource scope. You will be be responsible for -
What you'll do:
- Drive efficiencies for GSS through various functional opportunities
- Define, scale, manage and deliver multiple tech projects. Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for scoping and prioritization based on the business impact/ team OKRs
- Turn analyzed data into actionable deliverables for the product, support, and operational improvements
- Work with vendor teams to execute ideas and deliver continuous improvement of programs
- Ability to work with engineer/product/ internal teams to deliver tool/tech solutions that will drive long term improvements in operational efficiency
- Understand the broader picture, provide strategy, vision and engage in cross-functional interaction. Communicate plans, insights, data, and results to project stakeholders
- Share frameworks, tools, best practices that improve the delivery of projects with focus on reusability and standardization
- Structural and methodical thinking, problem solving, handling ambiguous situations. Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations
- Experience/exposure to the technical systems and design.
- Be a thought leader for data-informed initiatives and guide the overall team's direction
- Establish processes that deliver continuous improvement across all operational activities

---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical program management or product management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
- Experience in solving problems, both structured and ambiguous, at scale with strong
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence and motivate people (with both technical and non-technical individuals) across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships

- Solid technical aptitude and ability to understand technical design, challenges, and risks
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive customer and product-focused decisions
