About the Role
The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to maximize products on a global scale. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, launch, and iterate on products. This role is focused on the product suite that supports Membership, specifically Uber One, on a global level. With a diverse user base globally, our goal is to help launch and iterate membership products that help Uber fit into users' everyday lives and grow our membership platform.
As a Product Operations Manager on the Membership team, you will be responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for new product features, leading market testing and aligning XFN across teams globally.

What the Candidate Will Do:
- Project manage and lead launches for products globally
- Design and implementation of best tools, processes, and operating models for membership product launches
- Develop a solid inbound strategy for bugs, features, and partnerships
- Advise product teams on the impact, feasibility, and prioritization of features
- Surface and advocate for critical insights from the business to advise product roadmap and strategy
- Define the operating structure and processes
- Lead a community of strategic leaders, globally, to encourage a significant impact on the business
- Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org
- Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product
- Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
- Collaborate with key team members (product managers, engineering, design, legal, tax, support, etc) to prepare products for launch
- Track core business metrics related to the product
- Create playbooks, trainings, and supporting documentation for product features
- Work with engineering teams to define test cases, lead bug bashes and enable smooth launches
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance or a similar analytical role
- Deep analytical experience, SQL Proficiency
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead meetings daily
- Large-scale, global project/ program management experience
- Ability to work with XFN and global stakeholders
- Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions
- A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
- Effective prioritization and documentation
- Strategic alignment, able to bring key partners across functions together
- JIRA Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
- User or market research experience
- Economics or quantitative experience
- Technical experience
- Data Analytics experience
- MBA, Masters
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$148,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$148,000 per year.
