About the Role
The objective of Product Operations is to ensure the right products are built and own the go-to-market strategy & operationalization of Mobility products. As the business leader in the product team, Product Operations drives scale; growth; and operational excellence for the global Mobility business.
This role will specifically focus on Uber's Maps products, which impact Riders, Earners, and Delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
- Create go-to-market strategy for new Maps product launches
- Ability to articulate a clear growth plan for a 0-1 product bet considering internal (product dependencies) and external (user perception, business trends) factors in all strategic decisions
- Lead global expansion of multiple maps products & partner with cross-functional stakeholders on execution.
- Facilitate regular communications with Tech and Business Leadership on product vision and progress. Align with key cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Business Development) on growth priorities, leading to optimized operating structures and improved processes
- Advise Tech teams throughout the product lifecycle on the business implications and global feasibility of the product portfolio.
- Develop end-to-end product business plans and project-manage Ops teams on implementation.
- Track core business metrics and identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by products post-launch.
- Create strategic frameworks and playbooks to scale new business models using current product offerings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Uber like tech products, large scale B2C products or two sided marketplaces
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance, or similar analytical role.
- Experience working within tech across global projects, or in an international setting is a plus but not required.
- Enthusiasm for Maps products
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$148,000 per year.
