About the Role
Uber Shuttle aims to sustainably and equitably solve urban mobility through High capacity vehicles (HCVs). We are building solutions for the highly predictable, repeat use-case of Commute travel while also extending these to newer segments like Airports and Events. The Product is in the growth stage and scaling across India, Egypt, US/C and Latin American countries.
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Product Manager to lead the Rider Charter for Uber Shuttle. You will be responsible for building product solutions that drive growth and enhance the core rider experience for HCV across B2C and B2B. You will focus on co-creating the strategy (with the Business Operations team) and build solutions that improve the rider onboarding & trip booking experience, drive retention & repeat usage through subscriptions and reliability experiences for a predominantly plan ahead product. Finally you will also be innovating to generate high quality demand signals from riders that are a critical input into the HCV network design.

- Define the product vision for the HCV Rider and identify short, medium, and long term initiatives to build your product roadmap spanning across HCV verticals
- Ensure long term growth and stability of the HCV rider cohorts; work with cross-functional stakeholder teams like Core rider & Verticals teams to prioritize and solve for HCV specific nuances
- Translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes. Lead your cross-functional team to make them a reality.
- Build and foster a strong team culture, focusing on execution and results & obsess over outcomes for customers
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, ranging from internal partner teams to our users.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product, data science, design, or related fields
- Stellar design instincts and product taste. This is a consumer-focused role, so experience delivering highly successful and creative user-facing products is a must
- Excellent data analysis skills. In addition to user-focus, this role is also analytical, so experience working with and understanding data to drive strategic decisions are a must.
- Experience using data to align teams. You always get the data you need and distill it into insightful stories.
- Experience working across multiple teams and managing stakeholders
- Experience working on mobile/web experiences and consumer products

- Prior experience in Product Development with focus on logistics/mobility

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
