About the Role

As a Product Manager on Uber's Earner growth team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of monthly active Earners for core businesses such Eats and Rides and the adoption of the new fast-moving verticals (such as grocery, alcohol and commercial).

Uber's Earner Incentives product team is a perfect mix of science and user experience: we build with heart for each Earner and we care about efficiency of investments. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new incentive strategies to grow the number of Earners using our platform and working with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders across operations, data science, design, engineering, marketing and more.

  1. Drive the product definition, strategy and long term vision for delivering a best-in-class incentive platform for earners.
  2. Own and execute on the roadmap, partnering with key stakeholders across the company
  3. Stay very close to the business to understand the pressing problems and help solve them using incentives and bonuses.
  4. Design and build scalable solutions that can serve all consumer intents and use cases across different verticals.
  5. Be a design partner and empathic product leader building Earner-facing UI with a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics.
  6. Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
  7. Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.

Basic Qualifications
  1. Undergraduate degree in economics, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar.
  2. At least 3+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale.
  3. Excellent data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards.
  4. Experience defining objectives, key results (OKRs) and tracking performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them while using data to align teams and drive strategic decisions.
