As a Product Manager II - AI Knowledge, you will help ensure Uber's customer-facing knowledge base is clean, high-quality, and optimized for AI/ LLMs (Large Language Models) to consume. Your work will focus on identifying gaps, expanding content coverage, and building tools to ensure our knowledge platform supports seamless AI-driven automation.
You will be part of the Customer Obsession (CO) team, which builds the product and technology powering Uber's customer support and engagement across Mobility, Delivery, and other Uber businesses in over 80+ countries. The team builds AI/ML products to power Conversational AI for customer assistants, Agent AI copilots, and other AI-driven tools that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
Product Ownership: Define and execute the product roadmap for improving the knowledge platform, balancing core product needs with AI integration opportunities.
Content Gap Analysis: Use data and AI-driven insights to identify gaps in the knowledge base and recommend areas for new content creation.
Quality and Coverage: Drive initiatives to maintain high content quality and expand knowledge coverage to meet customers and LLMs needs.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with engineering, data science, and knowledge authors to deliver scalable solutions and improve platform usability.
Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor key metrics to track platform performance, content coverage, and overall impact.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 4+ years of product management experience, with experience building SaaS, enterprise tools
- Strong understanding of core product management practices, including roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure product success.
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
- Experience working on knowledge platforms or similar tools or Background in integrating AI technologies into content or knowledge systems.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
