About the Role

Are you passionate about Pricing & Data Analytics, and have a knack for Sales Operations? Uber Delivery is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to partner with our commercial teams, as well as global and regional functional teams, with the objective of scaling and optimizing our sales practices.

You should be rigorously data-driven, understand best-in-class commercial practices & are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment dealing with a broad range of projects to operationalise sales processes & systems, whilst also building strong relationships with stakeholders. A collaborative spirit is essential as you will be working closely with multiple local, regional and global teams!

Based in Amsterdam, your scope encompasses a number of commercial, strategic and operational elements, including Salesforce / CRM data quality, sales strategy, optimizing sales processes and building reporting and monitoring tools.

What you'll do

  • Own CRM (Salesforce) data governance and completeness across EMEA commercial teams.
  • Coordinate our Merchant Pricing strategy & frameworks to ensure we create value for all participants in our marketplace / ecosystem
  • Understand data architecture really well! Specifically how various data points & objects interact with each other in order to house & maintain millions of records in a clean & hygienic state
  • Analyze trends in our commercial data & processes to uncover powerful insights, build collateral for business reviews and represent the market in global forums.
  • Be the intersection between Sales, AMs, Ops, Engineering, and Systems - translating EMEA strategies and needs into systems, process and data improvements.
  • Coordinate Salesforce & other systems rollouts that impact commercial data governance & maintenance.
  • Understand the entire end-to-end sales process and how data flows across various systems in order to implement new processes & enhancements that streamline the merchant acquisition workflow, growing sales efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation of KPI monitoring dashboards to ensure data compliance and track the effectiveness of commercial strategies.

What you Need:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience ideally in Sales Operations or Data Analytics in a multifaceted, fast-growing B2B sales environment, and good working knowledge of Sales CRMs & Systems (eg Salesforce).
  • Analytics: you are a wizard at SQL & Querying and building large databases;You'll have experience deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real-world. You have proficiency with data interpretations and drawing out key insights & visualizations.
  • Reporting: vast amount of experience with reporting and dashboard building using tools like MS Excel / GSheets, Tableau, Salesforce Dashboards, Data Studio and Dashbuilder.
  • Sales process execution: ability to execute ad-hoc requests such as bulk data uploads and other activities to support sales teams and key projects.
  • S takeholder Management: ability to manage expectations and define prioritization in agreement with main stakeholders, such as commercial sales teams, sales systems, product teams & analytics.
  • Project Management: skilled at project and process management to balance between urgent and meaningful requests; thrives on change and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Detailed Oriented: emphasis on accuracy and process standardization using strong documentation and diagramming skills
  • Communication: Fluency in English (spoken & written); Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with R, Python and querying large datasets (Big Data) for advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with sales go-to-market systems (e.g. Salesforce, Groove, JIRA, Confluence), processes and experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operational processes in high-growth environments.
