About the Role
As a Performance Client Partner in the CPG vertical, you will be responsible for helping to develop our partnerships with the largest CPG brands in the UK to drive growth. You will drive ads sales partnerships and adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings with a keen focus on performance.
What you will do
- Advertising Sales engaging with Agency and Client Direct to design and execute effective ad sales strategies from a performance perspective
- Outreach in the market to drive adoption of Uber Ads, especially for performance products
- Work with performance teams for adoption of Sponsored products
- Collaboration & partnership with our 3rd Party Partner Criteo
- Foster deeper engagement with key stakeholders at agencies and client organisations
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients, ensuring their growth aligns with Uber's business goals
- Create data-driven solutions and strategic roadmaps to support partner growth
- Drive cross-collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders, promoting shared goals and delivering on key business initiatives

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in CPG/FMCG, agency or media vendors
- Strong understanding of digital media & performance products such as search & display
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact advertising strategies
- Analytical and data-driven
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships and close deals
- Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
- Ability to employ creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client needs and develop innovative advertising solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Uber's Mobility and Delivery platforms or similar industries
- Familiarity with Criteo platform
- While experience in a start up advertising ecosystems/scaling products in a global organization experience is preferred, it is not essential
