As a Partner Success Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of high-value restaurants, working closely with them to deepen relationships, boost retention, and optimize performance. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant partners, helping them maximize their success on Uber Eats.
- Identify opportunities to improve business metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth.
- Problem-solve with a hands-on approach, addressing challenges and unlocking new revenue streams.
- Manage joint business planning, ensuring partners are engaged, aligned, and thriving on the platform.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize partner experience and operational performance.
- Meet and exceed commercial quotas, focusing on driving business impact and retention.

What You'll Need
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar commercial function.
- Customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of meeting business targets or delivering against quotas.
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Project management skills, capable of developing and executing detailed joint business plans.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability-you thrive in a fast-moving environment and embrace challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Highly autonomous, able to work with minimal oversight while driving results.
- Fluency in Spanish and Business English.
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL skills are not required but would make your day-to-day much easier.
