About the Role

As a CPG Client Partner, you'll have the incredible opportunity to build meaningful, mutually beneficial ad partnerships with some of the biggest names in the CPG world. You'll be at the forefront of driving ad sales strategies across top CPG brands, expanding our ads offerings across Uber's Mobility and Delivery platforms. Working hand-in-hand with our New Verticals Sales and Operations team, Ads Account Managers, and Ads Analytical Leads, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our partners.

What you'll do

  • Partner closely with our New Vertical Sales team to create and execute ad strategies that meet and exceed your CPG partners' marketing goals!
  • Build strong relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives within CPG organizations.
  • Use your critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate partnerships and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Collaborate across teams-Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing-to ensure we're exceeding our CPG partners' expectations.
  • Drive the adoption of our newest ad products by showcasing their unique value with creativity and flair.
  • Craft compelling pitch narratives that resonate with our CPG partners and contribute to team-wide success.
  • Be ready to wear many hats, dive into new challenges, and support your teammates whenever needed.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to help shape the future of our CPG Ads products.

What you'll need

  • At least 6 years of experience in an Account Management, Operation or Sales function
  • Experience managing and analyzing digital ads campaigns for FMCG brands
  • Experience working with large, complex FMCG brands and organizations
  • Ability to analyze, review results, and propose recommendations. SQL skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (customer facing experience a plus)
  • Expert organization, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ambitious self-starter who enjoys being challenged and continuous learning
  • Creative problem solver
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
