As the Oracle Cloud EDMCS Application Developer, you will partner with FinTech leaders to drive systems analyses and implement systems changes across fintech systems. You will be responsible for overall metrics and business impact of your programs. Your performance is measured by the impact of the projects you launch seamlessly and by your ability to influence and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team that includes Product, Engineering, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Finance, and Operations.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
  1. Partner with Reporting, Accounting, Finance, Tax, and other cross-functional stakeholders in the CFO org to understand processes and metadata data flows, then drive business requirements and functional design specifications for long-term sustainable and scalable processes across multiple systems
  2. Understand end to end architecture, data flows, and application processes for Metadata requirements
  3. Design & Develop integration between EDMCS and other Oracle EPM & Enterprise applications (e.g., FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, ERP, Warehouse ..).
  4. Design and implement data models, hierarchies, and workflows within Oracle EDMCS.
  5. Build and maintain integrations between EDMCS and other enterprise applications (ERP, EPM, Data Warehouse).
  6. Maintain and optimize metadata structures, ensuring consistency across fintech systems.
  7. Develop automation solutions using REST APIs, Groovy scripts, or other relevant tools
  8. Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training for EDMCS modules
  9. Communicate effectively with business and team members, managing project timelines and expectations
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

---- Basic Qualifications ----
  1. Minimum 6+ years of direct experience in developing and implementing master data management solution using Oracle Cloud Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service module (EDMCS)
  2. Strong understanding of Master data and Data Governance
  3. Hands-on experience with EPMAutomate, REST API, Groovy scripting, and SQL.
  4. Knowledge of data integration tools like OCI, Mulesoft, or Data Management in EPM Cloud
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Excellent communication and client management skills

---- Preferred Qualifications ----
  1. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud suite products, including application design, development, testing, and troubleshooting
  2. Proficient in EDMCS models, data architecture/integration & data governance
  3. 5+ years in Cloud EPM native solution, with at least 2+ years specific to Oracle Enterprise Data management Cloud Services(EDMCS)
  4. Hands on experience on Oracle Cloud EDMCS is preferred
  5. Proficiency in integrating EDMCS with other systems using EPMAutomate and Oracle data pipelines
  6. Oracle FCCS , EPBCS and EPCM experience is a plus
  7. Understanding of financial systems and processes, with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective EDMCS solutions
