About the Role
The Local Payment Methods Team within Global Payments is responsible for the Portfolio of Local and Alternative Payment Methods, prioritizing a seamless and comprehensive user experience, as well as cost optimization across the platform.
As Senior Payments Analyst, you will be responsible for developing detailed KPI tracking for Alternative & Local Payment methods globally. Additionally, you will be involved in the operation and performance management of Alternative Payment Methods, providing support to multiple regions.

You will work closely with the regional managers for Local Payment Methods and other cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Data Science to:

- Implement detailed performance and KPI tracking for a wide variety of Alternative Payment Methods across different markets
- Support the correct operation and performance of Payment Methods
- Analyze cost efficiency initiatives
- Elaborate Business Case Analysis for the implementation of new Payment Methods
- Evaluate volume mix and payment method portfolio optimization strategies
Basic Qualifications
- Immediate availability to live in Mexico City
- Advanced English level, fluent conversation
- 3+ years of professional experience within Operations and Data Analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem Solving
- Proficient use of SQL and/or database software
- Experience working with cross-functionals stakeholders
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to set and achieve goals while proactively taking initiative with minimal supervision
- Experience working in cross-collaborative and multicultural teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or other quantitative field
- Experience related to alternative payments in the tech industry
