About the Role
The Driver team's mission is to use data and operational levers to ensure that drivers in the UK have the best possible experience driving with Uber, are attracted to the value proposition, remain actively engaged and earning with Uber, and have access to all the relevant tools to maintain and expand their business. This is a complex task that requires tackling operational and product challenges. You'll use analytical and operational knowledge to improve decision making and impact business outcomes, working on projects that could span across an array of topics ranging from driver engagement, driver experience and product feature launches. This will include identifying opportunities to improve driver satisfaction, management of the driver loyalty programme, hosting driver events and recognition activities, and using data to identify new problems to solve and create new projects. As with almost any role at Uber, the role will be flexible depending on the business priorities and you will likely also contribute on an ad-hoc basis to the other dimensions of Driver Operations (e.g., for a specific project).
