About the Role

On the Uber Eats Regional Operations team, we serve the business and local markets by helping scale our most impactful processes and initiatives, supporting country teams, and driving innovation in the region. The Courier Operations team is responsible for building tools and processes to acquire, engage, and retain a compliant base of Couriers. This includes focus areas such as Courier Access (Onboarding, growth, compliance & document management), Courier Engagement, and Account Integrity. We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager who will focus on Courier Account Integrity to help create new and scale existing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the region.

What You Will Do

  • Create and scale processes across the region to maintain Courier Account Integrity, targeting duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
  • Manage the relationship between EMEA Operations and Product teams, including deploying new features, structuring product asks, and tracking bugs.
  • Collaborate with local operations to enhance Courier Account Integrity, considering local regulations and nuances.
  • Drive headcount efficiency by centralizing and scaling courier-related processes from a regional level.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in Amsterdam, including Regional Ops, Legal, Community Operations, Policy, and CRM teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Consulting, or Investment Banking with a strong analytical background.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Advanced analytical skills in SQL and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to structure challenges into actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience in fraud, safety, or online identity verifications.
  • Intermediate skills in Python.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, working in diverse, cross-functional, and global environments.
  • Proven experience interpreting and communicating data to various audiences, including leadership, and the ability to manage regional projects from design to implementation.
