We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our local operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.

What you'll do:
- Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in Chile.
- Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution.
- Problem-Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues.
- Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently.
- Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll need:
- Proeficiency in SQL and analytics skills.
- At least one year of professional experience in industries such as Consultancy, Finance and/or retail.
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
- Communication: Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities.
- Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment.
- Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them.
