About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking a business leader and a Partner Success Manager to drive business growth and innovation by acting as a trusted advisor for our Mid-Market restaurant customers in Japan. You will be handling 15 - 20 account and closely working with our restaurant partners (RPs) to design a winning strategy and define the go-to-market plan while actively maximizing the growth of our restaurant clients' online food business with Uber Eats.

- Opportunity to work with business leaders from the top multinational restaurant enterprises in the world. By helping these restaurant clients with their digital-transformation journey, you will have a direct impact to the growth of UberEats business as a whole.
- Sales/Account Management: Building the best partnerships with the right merchants, while driving growth and financial sustainability with our merchant partners and with a commercial team.
- Operations Management - Identify process inefficiencies, build solutions, and drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resource allocations and launch readiness.

---- What You'll Need ----
- Native level Japanese, Business level English is required
- Sales and commercial acuity - ability to build creative commercial strategy, and analyze complex situations using a vast range of data, drawing simple conclusions and turn them into actionable plans.
- Outstanding track record of achieving business targets within sales, account management or customer success roles.
- Account management experiences with Mid-Market or Enterprise clients

- Eye for business. Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner's business (identifying their struggles and driving for long-term growth)
- Ideally (not mandatory) background in food and beverage industry.
