About the Role

The LatAm Merchant Operations team is focused on improving our merchants' performance and experience on the platform, ensuring that we consistently provide our customers with the best possible experience. We partner closely with various teams, from Commercial and Sales Operations to CommOps and Marketplace Operations, to gain key insights and implement strategic projects.

This is a high-visibility, people manager role that will focus on developing and executing our product strategy, maintaining and continuously improving regional processes, while also representing the region across multiple key global workstreams!

What You'll Do

  • Manage product rollouts for the region, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless feature launches.
  • Track core business metrics and identify key problem areas or geographies impacted by products post-launch.
  • Engage in hands-on problem-solving and build scalable/automated solutions for territory and commercial stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to validate underlying assumptions across merchant operations and build compelling business cases to drive global product development.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy operations, online marketplaces, program management, or related fields.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in extracting insights from complex data sets to drive decisions and solve problems.
  • Experience as a people manager, with a passion for focusing on the growth and development of your team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Tech/Product environments.
  • Familiarity with Python or other programming languages.
