As a Marketplace Risk / Marketplace Abuse Manager, you'll play a key role in detecting, preventing, and mitigating different types of marketplace abuse across all Delivery business lines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, Risk, and Operations in central and regional areas-to establish policies, investigate cases, and leverage data to identify patterns and trends.
What You'll Do
- Monitor Trends - Use data analytics to track and analyze abuse patterns.
- Solve Complex Problems - Detect spikes in abuse, assess risks, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Implement Prevention Strategies - Develop and execute processes to prevent and mitigate marketplace abuse.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with Operations, Product, Legal, and Customer Support to enhance prevention measures.

What You'll Need
- Experience - 3+ years of solving analytical problems in tech, consulting, or similar industries.
- Analytical Expertise - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving Skills - A structured, data-driven approach to tackling challenges.
- Adaptability - Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills - Experience with SQL, Python, or similar data tools.
- Language Proficiency - Professional fluency in English.
