About the Role
The Marketplace GR Operations role is focused on overseeing the global health of the marketplace, identifying and addressing issues in key regions. This position involves collaborating with Product and Local Operations teams to drive product launches, optimize processes, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance marketplace efficiency and improve the user experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and Monitor Marketplace Health: Continuously assess the health of the GR Marketplace globally, identifying any deviations or issues in specific regions that require immediate action or intervention.
- Collaborate with Product and Local Teams: Maintain strong communication with product teams and local operations to stay informed about key product launches and best practices, ensuring alignment across regions.
- Data-Driven Influence: Use data analytics to influence product teams and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and proposing solutions to address marketplace challenges through well-designed tech enhancements.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster and maintain relationships with both local and global partners. Communicate clearly, presenting ideas, findings, and insights that support strategic decision-making processes.
- Proactively Identify and Implement Improvements: Continuously identify opportunities for new features or improvements that can enhance the user experience and operational efficiency. Measure the impact of these changes and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to launch global enhancements.

What You'll Need / Bonus Points
Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, data analysis, etc.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging, clear, and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL OR Python.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering results in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong business judgment and excellent communication skills.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong critical and analytical thinking, as you'll be working with data and scaling processes.
- Experience with data-based decision-making, including exercising good judgment in ambiguous situations and effectively communicating across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Operations and Marketplace management.
