About the Role
As the Manager for the US Enterprise Franchise Team you will lead a team of Partner Managers to grow and deepen our partnerships with franchise groups and locations across the country. The ideal candidate will have shown success in building joint partnerships with Enterprise level partners, mentoring and developing their people, handling senior executive relationships, and developing scalable processes.You will succeed in this role if you find focus in fast-paced environments, are a mentor at heart and possess an unflagging appetite to continuously learn and teach.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for growth against the franchise based locations. You'll have end-to-end accountability for leading commercial agreements with strategic partners and driving growth across priority business metrics such as gross bookings, net inflows, active locations as well as key operational levers such as restaurant online rate, average basket size and others
- Build and develop a robust team of 7 Client Partners and Partner Managers
- Develop and execute strategy across the team to hit business and team targets.
- Create a strong team culture within your team and Uber Eats Enterprise Sales as a whole that attracts top talent internally and externally
- Develop outstanding, indispensable partnerships between Uber Eats and top restaurant partners by empowering your team
- Facilitate focused and productive collaboration within your team and with your cross-functional partners to deliver against your partner's goals
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, legal and product to develop Joint Business Plans with your partners that drive long-term growth
- Consult with Product Marketing and Product teams to help shape product development in support of partner needs. Be an internal and external thought-partner with senior stakeholders in regards to the future of food delivery, restaurant partnerships and eater acquisition
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of full time experience
- Sales/account management experience in a high growth company, selling, developing, negotiating and upselling account base
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous management experience of target driven sales team
- Excellent at building and auditing Sales processes along with analyzing and articulating problems and opportunities therein
- Extensive track record of Seller/Account Management coaching, developing people, and building successful teams
- High EQ and natural interpersonal skills. A connector and expert communicator
- Ability to take initiative and easily adapt to constantly-changing work environment
- Strong analytical capabilities
- An entrepreneurial mentality, passion for building things, working towards a shared goal, and ownership of outcomes
- Hands-on and eagerness to coach, mentor and develop team
- Ability to work cross functionality with stakeholders outside of own team
- Ability to influence and recommend ideas, strategies and plans
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$169,000 per year - USD$188,000 per year.
