About the Role
The Marketplace Earner Incentives Team is looking for people who, as part of our team, will help build the next generation of models and systems aimed at addressing driver undersupply in the marketplace. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex, real-world problems-like incentivizing drivers in competitive, information-scarce environments. You'll dive deep into challenges, formulate and test hypotheses, and rapidly iterate on simple, effective solutions.
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Work with product, science, engineering, and operations to identify, build, test, and deploy product solutions for the team.
- Build new models, identify new signals, scale them up to a global scale by building data and model pipelines.
- Deep dive into our data to find new opportunities, validate potential approaches, and create visibility on potential problems through alerts and dashboards.
