About the Role

As an Operations Lead focused on Loyalty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our loyalty strategy for Delivery globally. You will lead all loyalty commercial efforts for our Global Delivery business, and will be asked to partner with local Operations teams on local strategies. This role requires equal parts business insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking -- to ensure that we're driving to the right long-term strategic outcomes for our Loyalty efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Ownership: Proactively define our loyalty strategy for the Delivery business
  • Business Sense: Translate insights from operational and financial metrics into strategy and action plans as it relates to Loyalty. Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our business
  • Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach
  • Product Improvement: Propose features or improvements that could improve the loyalty experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with Tech, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to bring our loyalty strategy to life

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with membership or loyalty programs.
  • Financial acumen - understands the importance of investments and different means of measuring return

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.
