About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to support our Auto Crash and Claims (VCC) curriculum for US&C. The ideal candidate will design and develop effective learning solutions that equip Critical/Sensitive agent personas with the skills needed to provide an effective support experience to crash and claim customers. This person will collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business goals, analyze the training needs, and design and develop instructionally sound assets.

What You'll Do

  • Design formal and experiential learning solutions to support the Critical/Sensitive agent persona
  • Develop dynamic, impactful & functionally relevant learning assets, for multiple modalities (phones, chat, email etc.)
  • Analyze and maintain our Auto Crash and Claims (VCC) curriculum
  • Create performance support learning experiences that address the learning gap, moment of learning need, and the identified KPI according to the agent persona
  • Leverage the capabilities of Google Suite, Articulate Suite, and other multimedia tools to improve the learner's experience
  • Review and evaluate existing assets to make recommendations for enhancements, revisions, and re-design

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and development of learning programs
  • Formal knowledge of instructional design, curriculum management, and adult learning theories

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating experiential learning assets not limited to simulations, role plays etc.
  • Strong project management, and organization skills and work independently to achieve design target timelines under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in fields such as financial services, insurance, or safety compliance.
  • Experience in UX and visual/graphic design
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, SCORM and HTML5

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,500 per year - USD$106,250 per year.
