About the Role

We are seeking an individual with robust operational and analytical skills, complemented by a strategic business acumen and #gogetit attitude. This is a Project Manager role for 2Wheelers Growth, leading the functional strategy for 2Wheelers acquisition and growth and responsible for the 2Wheelers growth OKRs. In this role you will work closely with the Mobility Local team, different Central Operations teams, as well as the Global Hailables and Delivery team, to develop, lead, and support the implementation of growth initiatives for Earner in the Moto and 2Wheelers One Earner spaces across Latin America.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Ownership: Lead and support Moto and One Earner Growth initiatives, proactively identify business needs and issues, and prioritize among projects to define the best path to meet strategic objectives. Focus on expansion of Taxi & Moto services, especially in regions where we have Eats operations.
  • Business Sense: Translate insights from operational and financial metrics into an action plan to grow our Moto Earner base. This involves strategic financial allocation and tool optimization to enhance our marketplace effectiveness.
  • Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach. Problem solving is crucial, requiring a balance between conceptual thinking and strategic execution.
  • One Earner Joint Supply Plan: You will implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across LATAM for One Earner and be an advocate for crossover Earner (XO) experience and growth on the platform, working with each region to unlock & efficiently acquire and retain One Earner Supply. Constant collaboration with the Delivery and Rider Portfolio teams is essential.
  • OKR & KPI Management and Reporting: Regularly review performance and ensure that we have strategic oversight of the Moto and OE metrics in the LATAM market and can effectively support local teams with more tailored to the market approaches.
  • Product Improvement: You will develop strong relationships with product (Hailables) stakeholders, proactively propose features or improvements that will unlock Moto growth in Latam and effectively identify region-specific business needs and requirements. Drive growth by integrating Moto with our Connect services wherever feasible.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives by building close relationships with global and local teams across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal as well as the Delivery team for One Earner. Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management is crucial.

What you'll need:

  • Education: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
  • Years of Experience/Industries: 5+ years of professional and demonstrated experience in managing growth projects, ideally in technology or logistics environments.
  • Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture. Intermediate SQL skills required for data management.
  • Language Proficiency: Portuguese or Spanish and English.
  • Communication: Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner. Ability to convey complex strategies through effective storytelling.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreements.
  • Executional Excellence: Ability to optimally manage and prioritize complex operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Planning & Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
