About the Role

Join the team responsible for bringing Uber's mobility strategy to life in Latin America. Monitor key metrics, analyze the Premium Products and marketplace performance, and troubleshoot challenges. Drive impact by leading cross-functional teams and delivering product solutions tailored for Latam.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development: Partner with Premium lead to craft and execute strategies to drive growth in LatAm
  • Business Acumen: Monitor and analyze operational and financial metrics to guide strategic decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle challenges by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and evaluating trade-offs to determine the most effective approach.
  • Executional Excellence: Lead end-to-end initiatives to make Premium Products the top choice for users
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners in operations, marketing, customer support, and more, ensuring smooth implementation of initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team
  • Proven ability to prioritize work strategically and execute on objectives
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • SQL knowledge is highly valued but not required
  • Speed and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. You pick up things fast and run with them.
  • Product sense. You know what makes a product experience not just good, but amazing. You work cross-functionally with teams to create partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact
