Our UberEats Inbound Sales team is dedicated to driving business growth by converting inbound leads into loyal restaurant partners. We focus on enhancing the sales pipeline, improving lead response times, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our mission is to expand our restaurant network and ensure that every partner feels supported and valued.

What the Candidate Will Do:

The Inbound Sales team is a dynamic and collaborative group that includes:

  • Inbound Sales Representatives: Frontline team members who handle incoming leads and work to convert them into partners.
  • Sales Analysts: Professionals who analyze sales data to provide insights and identify trends.
  • BPO Coordinators: Team members who manage our outsourced sales operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Sales Managers: Leaders who oversee the team, set targets, and develop strategies to drive performance.

Key Projects you'll work on are:

1. Lead Conversion Optimization:

* Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates from inbound leads.

* Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the sales funnel.

2 Sales Training and Development:

* Create and deliver training programs for sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.

* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

3. BPO Integration and Management:

* Oversee the performance of our BPO partners, ensuring they meet our standards and objectives.

* Streamline processes between internal and outsourced teams for seamless operations.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Enhancement:

* Work with the IT and CRM teams to improve the functionality and user experience of our CRM system.

* Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Leadership and Management: Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage sales processes, leads, and customer interactions.

BPO Management: Experience in managing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality performance from outsourced teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to improve performance and drive growth.

Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information, negotiate deals, and build relationships with clients and team members.

Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry and market trends, with the ability to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
