About the Role
The Uber for Business Team is looking for a sharp and highly motivated individual to join our team! As an Implementation Lead you will work efficiently and effectively with a cross functional team of Account Executives, Account Managers, Premium Support Specialists and others to on-board, launch and drive early adoption of top tier organisations with Uber for Business.
The Impact You'll Have
- Drive A+ launches of top tier accounts across ANZ through planned education, training, communication and awareness activities to maximise adoption of Uber for Business.
- Support the AE to define customer launch objectives and timelines.
- Be responsible for delivering an implementation plan mapped to customers targets on linkage, adoption and spend.
- Leverage linkage and adoption data to provide clients with insight into their account during the 90 day launch window.
- Monitor and adapt implementation strategies and tactics in-line with actual launch performance against targets.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the customer onboarding and launch process is seamless (Support, Finance, AE, AM).

The Experience You'll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a minimum of two years in a customer-facing role.
- The drive to contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate by sharing best practices and strategies with your peers.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, and strong group facilitation skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to balance your attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and seamlessly.
- Strong prioritisation skills - able to manage your time effectively, prioritising high-value clients, while working with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes.
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude. Be agile and thrive when operating in new spaces and fast-paced environments.
- The drive to contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate by always sharing strategies with your peers.
- Tech-savviness. You'll be using multiple systems in your role, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- An intuition for people and passion for strengthening customer relationships.
